QHM32F is a polyethylene resin with hexene-1 as a co-monomer produced by Unipol process of U.C.C., USA. It has the advantages of good flexibility, excellent processing performance, thermal stability and pressure resistance. Mainly used for the production of floor heating pipe, aluminum - plastic composite pipe, solar tube.
PE-RT pipe is a new type of non - crosslinked polyethylene material which can be used in hot water pipe. It is a copolymer of ethylene and octene produced by special molecular design and synthesis process, with a controllable number of branched chain and distribution structure of polyethylene varieties. The unique molecular structure makes the material have excellent stress cracking resistance and long-term hydrostatic strength. PE-RT pipe has good flexibility, and its bending modulus is 550 MPa, and the internal stress generated by bending is low. In this way, it is avoided that the pipe may be damaged at the bending place due to the stress concentration. When constructed (especially in winter), it does not require special tools or heat to bend. Thermal conductivity of 0. 4 W/ (m·k), comparable to PE-X tube, much higher than PP-R 0. 22 W/ (m·k) and PB 0. 17 W/ (m·k), excellent thermal conductivity, suitable for floor heating pipe
QHM32F is a special resin for PE-RT pipe produced by Qilu Branch of Sinopec using Unipol technology. The product has good flexibility, excellent processing performance, thermal stability and pressure resistance, which can meet the processing requirements of high-speed traction pipe of different processing equipment and caliber, and can be used for the production of floor heating pipe, aluminum plastic composite pipe, oil pipeline, etc. Item | unit | test data | |
